OUR MISSION

Inspiring the Future

The mission of the U. S. Confrerie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Foundation, Inc. is to support future leaders in the Culinary, Oenology and Hospitality professions by enabling charitable giving, providing scholarship grants, and encouraging educational activities. We invite partners, donors, educators, and students to join us in this important work – because when we invest in education we invest in the future for our members and for us all.

WAYS TO GIVE

How is the Chaîne Foundation funded?

Understanding where support comes from builds transparency, fosters trust, and highlights the shared dedication to advancing education in the culinary, oenology, and hospitality fields. Donations from our 4500+ members and corporate sponsors are the backbone of this fun and successful annual fundraising event.

MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT

In the last fiscal year, many Chaîne members made voluntary contributions to the Foundation using the donation line on the annual dues notice with many members giving over the minimum suggested amount.

FRIENDS OF THE FOUNDATION

The program includes members who contribute $1,000 or more annually in unrestricted funds. Their names are featured in Chaîne publications and major events, with exclusive friends-only gatherings at national meetings.

CHAÎNE ENDOWMENT FUNDS

Members who contribute $10,000 or more in one year establish endowed funds, earning permanent recognition in Cuvée and at annual meetings, plus lifetime access to friends-only events.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS

Our partners who sponsor trips of interest to Chaîne members donate a portion of their profits to the Foundation. Several corporations provide grants, monetary support or gifts in kind to advance to mission of the Chaîne Foundation.
