Building Tomorrow’s Culinary and Hospitality Leaders
Founded in 1993, the Chaîne Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the next generation of culinary, hospitality, and oenology professionals. Through scholarships and educational programs, we invest in tomorrow’s leaders while honoring the rich traditions of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

The mission of the U. S. Confrerie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Foundation, Inc. is to support future leaders in the Culinary, Oenology and Hospitality professions by enabling charitable giving, providing scholarship grants, and encouraging educational activities.
