THE CHAîNE FOUNDATION
Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Foundation, better known as the Chaîne Foundation, was established in 1994 to actively promote the up-and-coming stars in the fields of culinary, oeneology, and hospitality. Each year the Chaîne Foundation provides scholarship funds to many institutions of higher education either as direct grants or as matching funds to the charitable contributions of Chaîne members.

Board of Trustees
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees representing the various provinces of La Chaîne. The current members of the Board of Trustees are:
Kathy Aber, the Executive Director of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs serves as the Executive Director of the Chaîne Foundation as well.
